This Privacy Policy explains how Pamo Music, a music service and mobile application owned and operated by Loicos, collects, uses, and manages your personal data. By using the Platform (defined below) and/or creating a user account, you agree to our Privacy Policy; it is therefore important to read it carefully. If you do not agree to any term, provision, or concept of this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Pamo Music website, mobile website, mobile applications, services, or platform. Note: This Privacy Policy applies only to the Pamo Music website and application, as well as any other music delivery mechanisms or platforms subsequently developed and/or used by Loicos. (collectively, the "Platform"). When using the Platform, you may encounter links or advertisements for other services, platforms, applications, and/or websites that are not part of the Services. Pamo Music is not responsible for the privacy policies or activities of these third parties. Users should therefore consult the privacy policy of any third-party site or platform they use.

By using Pamo Music's mobile applications or website (the "Platform"), you consent to the collection of certain types of data (described below). You should fully understand what we do (and do not do) with your personal information and data.

2. Information We Collect About You

Users who visit the Platform without registering may be subject to limited collection of personal data. This data may include your IP address, browser/device type, operating system, mobile carrier, and other non-personal data.

By choosing to create a user account (an "Account") on the Platform, you will provide us with certain information as you complete the registration process:

Registration/Sign-Up Data: To create an Account, you must provide us with a valid email address, your name, age, and gender. If you use a social network (e.g., Facebook, Google, Twitter, or Apple) to register, we may receive some of this information from that social network.

You may choose to provide us with certain other personal information, such as your personal/artist biography, hometown, profile picture, and links to your profiles on other social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

We also collect and display the date of your initial user registration on your user profile as a month and year, for example, August 2020.

You may also provide certain personal data, such as your email address and IP address, if you use our Contact Us tools, our on-site forms, or if you send us an email regarding support, your account, or other matters.

You may also provide other personal information through your use of the Site and the posting of audio material, in the track description, comments, or title fields.

Data we collect about usage, analytics, and cookies: By using the Platform, you consent to our use of various technologies and methods that collect information about how you use, access, and interact with the Platform, which may include any of the following:

Technical data such as your IP address, geolocation, cookie data, visited URLs, mobile device ID and information, device attributes, operating system, network connection, browser type, language, and mobile application version. Details of any searches you conduct using Pamo Music search tools, including the date and time the searches were performed. Metrics regarding the duration, time, and frequency of your visits to and interactions with the Platform. Details of your subscription (if applicable), as well as information about your interactions with the Platform, including: plays, favorites, resubscriptions, playlist usage, and interactions with other Pamo Music members and/or artists. Device sensor data, including latitude/longitude and/or geolocation. Details of your interaction with third-party applications, widgets, modals, and/or advertisements that are linked to or made available on the Platform. Information about the website you visited immediately prior to your interaction with the Platform. Details of any content (music, song information, descriptions) you upload to the Platform. Details regarding your interaction with the Platform's communication methods, including, but not limited to, emails and push/in-app notifications, such as whether you opened and/or clicked on these messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information for any of the following purposes: To manage your Pamo Music account and identify you when you use the Platform. Your email address and password are used for this purpose; To identify you and your actions (downloads, favorites, re-ups, comments, etc.) on the Platform; To provide technical functionality to the Platform; for research and development of new products, services, or features; and to analyze your use of the Platform; To provide you with technical support or assistance; To communicate with you for marketing, assistance, and/or promotional purposes via email, SMS, push, or in-app notifications; To detect fraud or attempts to manipulate our rankings, trending sections, or proprietary algorithms. Pamo Music expressly reserves the right to remove from the Platform any content that Pamo Music, in its sole discretion, reasonably believes violates copyright laws and/or is used in any way to manipulate any measurement system on the Platform (including, but not limited to, charts, trending sections, proprietary algorithms, play counters, favorites, reups, and download counters); To provide you with advertisements, features, information, links, messages, or other content based on your geolocation and time of use; To determine the location, orientation, and acceleration of a mobile device; To ensure compliance with our Terms of Use (TOS), this Privacy Policy, or any applicable national, local, federal, or international law; Information about your subscription level (Gold, Platinum), if applicable; To show you relevant advertisements on behalf of advertisers and/or sponsors, which may include location data, demographic data that you make available to us or through connected third-party services, recent search history, and behavior with content, advertisements, or other users on the Platform; To provide you with a personalized experience on the Platform based on your prior usage; To provide content creators and rights holders who provide audio content to the Pamo Music platform with statistics about the people who listen to their content.

4. How We Share Your Information

Information about you or your activity on the Platform may be shared in two ways:

The information you share through your public profile on the Platform is publicly visible to other Platform users and is therefore shared. Data and information that Pamo Music collects about you (as described above) may, at its sole discretion, be shared with reputable third parties in the hope of improving the Platform, its analytics, and its services. Information You Share Through Your Use of the Platform: All information you provide in your public profile (username, name, location, social media feeds) and/or use of the Platform (plays, favorites, subscriptions, re-ups, playlists) is public and may be viewed by other users on the Platform or by Pamo Music administrators.

Information We Share: Pamo Music uses several reputable third-party partners and services, based in the United States and elsewhere, to enhance the functionality, reliability, usefulness, and cost-effectiveness of the Platform and to provide certain specialized services to our administrators and users. We may also store your email address, device ID, and other tokens in services that allow us to send you targeted messages via email, push notifications, and messaging on the Platform. While Pamo Music is not responsible for the privacy policies or data security of these third-party services, we place the utmost importance on data security and integrity when selecting our partners.

Pamo Music will disclose your personal information when necessary to comply with a criminal complaint, subpoena, court order, or a legitimate law enforcement investigation.

Pamo Music may disclose your personal information if we believe it is necessary to protect our intellectual property, rights, business interests, or the safety or reliability of our platform, users, employees, or stakeholders.

Pamo Music may transfer your information to any person or party that acquires all or a substantial portion of our company or assets, or in the event of a merger, acquisition, or if the company becomes insolvent.

Notwithstanding anything else, we work with third parties who collect information across different channels, including offline and online, to provide more relevant advertising to you or your business. Our partners may place or recognize a cookie on your computer, device, or directly in our emails/communications, and we may share personal information with them if you have provided it to us, such as your device identifier. Our partners may link the hashed or obfuscated personal information we share with them to the cookie stored on your browser or device, and they may collect information such as your IP address, browser or operating system type and version, and demographic information or inferred interests. Our partners use this information to recognize you across different channels and platforms, including but not limited to computers, mobile devices, and smart TVs, over time for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes. For example, our partners may serve you an advertisement in your web browser based on a purchase made in a physical store, or send you a personalized marketing email based on your visit to a particular website. 5. How We Use Cookies and Technology

Pamo Music uses cookies and related technologies to improve the Platform, provide you with a consistent experience, save your login and registration information, and deliver more relevant advertising to you. Some advertisements served by third parties may use limited information about you and your interactions with the Platform to optimize targeted or retargeted advertising and marketing campaigns.

A cookie is a small file placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. It allows our site and our third-party advertising and data partners to recognize your device the next time you visit. Cookies are essential for many simple functions, such as recognizing a returning visitor as logged in and providing access to your account, favorites, playlists, and profile. Pamo Music uses two common types of cookies: session cookies (which expire when you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which remain active until deleted or disabled after a set period of time). Other technologies include pixel tags (transparent images that help us determine whether a page or email has been viewed by a user), web beacons (also known as "web bugs" and which perform a similar function to pixel tags), and web storage. In addition, mobile users may be tracked using device identifiers and/or hashed data to identify repeat mobile usage. These technologies, combined, are used by Pamo Music and its third-party partners to provide core functionality of the Platform; target, deliver, measure, and track the delivery, targeting, optimization, and performance of advertisements; measure analytics and Platform usage; and measure user and audience behavior, trends, demographics, and location.

6. Accessing and Updating Your Information

You can update your personal information at any time by going to your dashboard in your user profile. Please note that it may take a few hours, or even a reasonable amount of time, for your profile data to be updated internally.

Your data will be deleted from Pamo Music's servers if you delete your account. To do so, access your account on our website and click the "Delete Account" button. However, please note that your data may still appear on search engines for some time after deletion due to caching.

Please note that logging out or deleting the mobile app from your device does not delete your user account.

7. Links

The Platform contains links to content, advertisements, and third-party sites that are not owned by Loicos or its affiliates. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these third-party sites. Please read their privacy policies carefully to determine if you agree to their handling of your information.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may, at our sole discretion, modify the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. In the event of a modification, we will post a notification of the updates in the Policy itself, via notifications on the Platform, and more specifically on the Pamo Music website and mobile application. Please carefully read all updates to the Privacy Policy before continuing to use the Pamo Music Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any new provisions or changes to this Privacy Policy.
